12/06/2019 - OTG on FireStick 4k - Working

Let's meet expectations.* Although the device may work, the USB device you are using may not work from your streaming device use supported. This is not a cable defect. Some devices are not supported by Linux and additional operating systems such as Android. When I first started writing this review, I couldn't get my perfectly working PNY 32G USB2 memory stick to be recognized by a cable or any of the FireSticks. If you replace the PNY with a SanDisk Cruzer 32G USB2 memory card of the same specification, it works great. I see someone turned down the product due to the lack of instructions. This is a cable. Micro USB cable? no They connect devices in the only way they can be connected. The manufacturer has no idea what device you connect this device to or what operating system it uses. Use this cable to support the device. You need to contact the device manufacturer. However, you simply connect the device in the only possible way. You can search YouTube and find many examples of people connecting a device to a power source and then to the mains. Stream the USB stick and connect the desired USB device. But it really needs no explanation. On FireSticks, you must download FileBrowser to access the files on the stick. ES Browser is the one I downloaded. , just add removable storage. That means you can transfer files to a flash drive. You can watch movies from a flash drive. However, if you run out of internal storage while downloading a movie from your favorite legal offline streaming service, the download will fail. I haven't tested keyboards and mice yet. Memory cards only. If your memory card isn't working, it's probably not supported by your device.
