The picture is of the dress fresh out of the bag -- It has a great weight to it and it fits perfectly. It is certainly a high quality dressI'm a little bit of a hovering buyer -- but the company was great! They promptly responded to all of my questions and I am overall very pleased with the product. (the image of it on isn't quite true to color - the second one of the dress close up shows the true plum color)
