I often help my wife review and work and identify bottlenecks in commercial cleaning bills before we pass them on to our staff. The roller brush is very effective. The height adjustment is useful for the occasional cleaning of a rental home where higher pile carpets are commonly seen. On my gauge, the suction measures a respectable 60 inches of water. I don't have a digital mass flow sensor, but there is enough airflow to get a quick and efficient clean. It works well on floor mats with a deep texture, which is always a problem. It is relatively quiet in operation and changing pouches is quick and easy. The two-stage adjustment of the handle allows the vacuum cleaner to be easily lifted at the front. If desired, however, it adds a step if you want to lower it flat. Overall I see this as a plus. The most amazing thing is the gratitude we often hear from our employees when we replace a much more expensive vacuum cleaner with this one. At that price we often dedicate a floor or area. My wife and I argued over who would use a much more expensive commercial vacuum with impressive performance on paper and who would get a cheap little Bissell that weighed 10 pounds less. , For applications requiring HEPA filtration, these filters can be purchased as an inexpensive (less than $10) upgrade. We use these inexpensive multi-ply bags from Clean Fairy and have found that engine pre-filters rarely need cleaning. Bissell designers found several advantages in this strong, lightweight, and versatile all-purpose post. We don't use them on all of our accounts as one size never fits all, but they're always on our short pick list.
