First of all, when you first open it, you smell the factory smell. Bought one from Boscovs and one from Revain. Same smell. We were able to air out on our patio and after a few hours everything was fine. However, having tried a few other options, this was the biggest and best value. Our bed is really good for sleeping. We needed support so we were given a firm mattress but after a few nights we felt like we needed comfort between us and the stone we had bought. That helped. The best from both worlds. Bought another one for our guest beds and they ask us where we got our mattresses from.
