First of all, these tie-dye towels are the cutest and I believe they were designed to make stains less noticeable. Second, I've only used one for one thing and I've already sold out at their expense. I won't say I've been busy, but I've recently tried several products to get rid of soap stains on my shower door. I try to make a habit of wiping the doors so this doesn't happen, but I'm not the only person using this shower. After my shower, I dried the doors and found that the large size of the towel combined with its super absorbency got the job done quickly. Much faster and more thorough than with a mop or sponge. I then dampened a towel and rubbed the door lightly and the stains were mostly gone except for the stubborn stains on the bottom of the door. I dipped the same towel in a little dish soap and it easily removed the residue. Simplicity and no harsh chemicals are no problem for me. I plan to always keep one of these towels in the shower to wipe down the doors when I'm done showering and hope that soap scum will be a thing of the past. I should mention that I love the feel of this microfiber. I've used other microfiber towels which I found to have been irritating to my skin and therefore uncomfortable to hold, but I don't have that feeling with these.
