Ripped my daughter's heels on the first day
Two hours after I wore them, my daughter came to me in tears. To my horror I find her heels TORN and full of blisters. I contacted the company and after THREE DAYS of repeating the same thing over and over, they still refuse to return me or give me a refund. The product gets 0 stars, as does the customer service. Stay away!

- These shoes are so pretty and fit my daughter, she has chubby feet so I just go up a size and it fits well, everyone loves them
Cons
- Shoes may not provide adequate traction on slippery surfaces.
