Great way of getting customer feedback from customers! It's not easy but with video you can get very valuable insights about their needs, they want or dislike what we have in our products/services; this is important input that helps us improve every day so far I haven't found anything disliking yet just great product (if only more users could be tracked by using Google Analytics). The price might scare some people away at first sight since its quite expensive compared other tools out there like GetResponse which offers free basic plan - however if need advanced features then go ahead because once setup things will work smooth without any problems as long are willing spend money wisely ;) We use these videos mainly during check-out process where after purchase user gets option to leave his view over how he experienced working through my website / checkout procedure etc., all good points here were picked up straightaway :).
