Perfect size for a small gun cleaning kit. I bought this to put together a gun cleaning kit for my boyfriend. You open it and it has a small removable tray big enough to hold small cleaning items like a snake, band-aid, brushes, pipe cleaners, cotton swabs, a small oil bottle, a small LED flashlight, etc. You remove the tray and underneath there is more space for rags, a cleaning mat and all the extras. The toolbox is small enough to not take up much space at all, but big enough for what I need it for.
