The interface is very easy to use even for those who have no experience in QAs or testing tools at all! It's also really good if someone wants to test their website with different browsers but doesn't know how it works because of lack of knowledge about this kind of software (like me).
I'm using it now just as an experiment so far everything seems fine except that there isn't any way yet to get more information from our users after they complete tests we create together through chat windows - only statistics which don't give us enough info unfortunately. But then again maybe i haven´t found out what exactly can be done by other people here too since my English skills aren't perfect either :p So please try before buying :) As simple tool for creating quality assurance tasks without spending tons of money while still being able to track user behavior easily during them will help save time greatly when doing things manually instead of having testers do stuff one.
