Review on STARTRC by Josh Fox

STARTRC was the vendor from which I recently acquired some parts for remote-controlled vehicles; however, the quality of the products and the customer service that I received were both incredibly disappointing. The website was difficult to navigate, therefore it was challenging for me to discover the components that I required. When my purchase finally arrived, I discovered that several of the components were either missing or damaged. When I tried to get in touch with customer service, the representatives I spoke with were unhelpful and disrespectful, and it took multiple efforts before I received a response. It was aggravating to have to wait for replacement parts for weeks and then receive the incorrect ones when they finally arrived. To make a bad situation even worse, the new parts were also of low quality and did not function appropriately. In general, my time spent with STARTRC was a waste of money and was not worth the disappointment I endured. This online store is not one that I would suggest to anyone looking for dependable parts for their remote controlled vehicles or for a store with decent customer service.
