From what it looks like in the pictures it looks like this one is soft and others aren't true it's like stuffing a cat in a hard duffel bag, it is so hard that I put it on 'couldn't' The neck strap can't be tightened either. My cat was freaking out like crazy, ready to try something different. Maybe this is normal for some cats, he liked to go in because he likes the tunnel and was quite calm about it, even stuck his head in because I was playing with him outside the head hole, but in the same second he couldn't get out, he was crazy He also hates being picked up, so I'm sure that helped.
