Not very suitable for long wear, ideal for a couple of hours suit.
I have a normal sized adult face. I have to have a blindfold for several hours a day for a month. The main reason I bought this item was to wear it under my glasses so I could cover one eye and work up close on the other. It's not really 3D, it's almost flat so your lashes won't fit underneath it, but the fabric is smooth so you can just keep your eyes closed. Fits well under glasses. Concave patches with a pad underneath are much better for medical use, prolonged wear for a day, etc.
