Disappointed to find that the stethoscope is not attached to the cuff so a single person can take their own blood pressure. Pictures are deceptive as the stethoscope head is on the cuff. Also I am an average size woman and found the cuff to be too long both wrapping around and distance from upper arm to elbow. I tried to return an company does not accept returns. Emailed them through Walmart and their email response was to send me a link to Walmart’s return section! I have emailed them again, waiting reply.UPDATE: after exchanging several emails with Paramed customer service, they have given me a full refund. I appreciate their integrity to customers.
