It's definitely well made and reliable enough for a cheeky feline. I like that there are three main protections: Velcro, a plastic clip, and two metal rings for the leash. It's well constructed and seems about as comfortable as a snug fitting harness can be for a cat. We measured our tomcat, he was just about in the middle for a big one and he fits perfectly.
