Update: They sent me a new one and it worked all weekend. My 9 year old son LOVES it. It's fun and actually writes like a regular pen. Customer service was outstanding; As soon as they saw our first pen we bought didn't work, they immediately sent a new one for free. We are very excited and we love this pen! Update: They have already contacted me to apologize and are sending me another one. Excellent customer service so far. 3 stars for that. So disappointed! It was fun and my son liked it. it worked for a full five minutes. Literally FIVE MINUTES. What a big disappointment. It was for his birthday and he loved it so much that it died within five minutes. I haven't even figured out how to replace the battery, but I'm more frustrated that it didn't even have time to wear out. It must have been a fool in the first place. My son is so sad. What a waste of money.
