Review on Enhance Safety and Style with Design House 182014 Standard Handrail by Rick Ross

They don't exactly match those originally installed (which broke), but close enough. They are a bit thinner than what the installer put on the rails so I doubt they will last very long. And they are made of "pot metal", so fragile. My wife often leans on the railing; I hope they don't loosen or break over time.
