incredibly poor quality, after a few months of use, I think nowadays even Chinese manufacturers have higher standards than hp. For example, the keyboard falls apart, starting with the most commonly used keys, like Shift or, as you can see, Ctrl. The back strap came loose after a month! Parts: HP parts are insanely expensive, or you can't even buy them. Don't buy, seems a decent laptop because of the bundle but XP completely ruined it.Update: I sent it back to HP for repair, nothing happens as they don't have a spare, a total joke if I consider ordering a new keyboard from ebay (china) and it has already arrived, but my NB is still with HP :D The customer service is also a joke. Hp is supposed to be a professional company but I think mass outsourcing is like nameless Chinese company like Chuwie and the like. So never buy anything from HP, this is the new low. I have another notepad so I've relaxed a bit, but still. UPDATE: So I changed my rating from 1 star to 4! which is self explanatory. First of all I live in Austria, a tldr software developer who prefers an English keyboard, so I don't know how it works in the US, customer service is great, via WhatsApp! in the UK and also the guys in Hungary who did a great job fixing my laptop, thanks for the great job both in the UK and Hu.
