Upgrade: Upgraded from 2 to 4 stars for customer service. I installed all 12 lights and two of them had broken spring clips. I contacted the company for a solution and they responded very quickly, but unfortunately this item is out of stock so I would not have received a replacement in time. They offered me a partial refund which I accepted. Setup wise, I've read some comments about using a 4-1/8" hole saw. I tried it and it fits very tight. I then used a 4-1/4" hole saw and it worked much better. There isn't much room in the junction box so next time I'll probably use WAGO wire connectors instead of wire nuts. Opt for more lumens, just in case available.- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - I bought 12 packs of 4" led downlights and they are like all the others ultra-thin plate-shaped lamps that I've seen. Installation was difficult, however one of the spring clips broke off on the very first light I installed. I was able to locate the spring in my insulation but the hardest part was putting the spring clip back in place. I would like to contact the seller but he is currently unavailable and Revain is currently only selling 1 USED set. This is very frustrating. So far I've only installed 4 of 12 pieces (except the one with the broken spring clip) and I'm afraid that others might be defective.
