Very disappointed. Unbelievable

This product sucks. No matter how much I rub, the bottom of the pot doesn't get clean. Also, even though I only use plastic utensils, the inside is still scratched. I am deeply disappointed in your product. I bought that expensive pan because it had your name on it. I will never buy anything with your name again.
