It's easy to use for me as an end user because it has all of my information in one place plus I can also look at multiple carriers so that makes everything easier when calculating rates from different companies.

The software does not have any specific problems but sometimes there are errors while loading which causes some delays especially if you're doing this during peak hours where everyone else wants their load done too fast like around 3-4pm PST every day -.- This doesn't happen often though since they don't get many loads loaded until later into night times usually after 10 pm EST/9 am CST due to how busy things got today. We had been using another program called LoadLogic prior till we switched over to One Shift now our accuracy rate went up by almost 50% compared to what was happening before switching programs thanks mostly to having better routes available than just straight trucking.
