Both the quality of their goods and their assistance to customers were low. When I eventually did get my order, it was damaged and not what I had bought, and I had to keep chasing them for updates on its status. They provided laughable installation services. The so-called experts they sent over were laughably incompetent. They wrecked the place and then left without putting it back in order. Their return policy is difficult, if not impossible, to deal with. Their poor quality products are difficult to return, and they offer no recompense for the harm they've caused. In general, the Enga web store is a huge letdown. Don't waste your money or time on anything they provide. You will be left with a sour taste in your mouth and a dissatisfying atmosphere.
