Took this to kickboxing class as the pockets weren't secured. The instructor liked the anchor so much that she bought anchors for all the bags but a different brand, less expensive (filled with water for the rest of the bags). They are used many times a week, filled with water but this one is good new. The instructor now regrets buying them. Good product. I leveled the inside, put two garbage bags inside each other, filled with sand and glued well. I said the quality is great, it stands up to constant use and will hold up a 100lb bag so you don't have to chase it!
