Moved into an apartment with a dryer that wasn't externally vented and used a lint box that the previous occupant clearly didn't know how to use or care for, and the landlord Do not try to clean or service the device. The lint has become lodged in the lint collector body of the machine and has accumulated in the machine where the lint exits the drum. The brush did a good job on everything or loosened it enough for the flexible part of the set to reach and suck. Of course we were able to release the rest through the back. It took some work but the vacuum and brush set made the job a lot easier. The vacuum adapter fitted the Dyson handheld we had. It's not "made for," but it does maintain suction as long as you're not overly aggressive with it.
