I got a large because I am a tad overweight. I am also short, 5 foot even. I love the feel of the fabric but the length drags the ground almost by 2 inches (how much I hemmed it up) and is a tripping hazard. Love the idea of pockets, could fit the phone in (small 6" Samsung Galaxy Achieve) but once it was in, I couldn't get it out with my hand on it because the opening for the pocket was too small. Couldn't pull my balled up fist out of the hole either. I grab the phone through the dress and squeeze it out of the pocket like toothpaste. Luckily, I'm a bit of a seamstress and fixed that too. I do love the fabric, cut and pockets. Had ordered another large (only size they had of that color at the time) and now have ordered a medium as well.
