The customer service is amazing! I never had to wait more than 5 minutes for a response, even if it was after hours. There's not much to dislike in this product. I like that it integrates with our other products. And it's easy to use. Some of the features are not as intuitive as we would like, but the developers are working on them. As long as you have someone who knows what they're doing helping you out, this is going to be a great tool for your business. We needed a simple way for customers to purchase items from our site without having to create their own account. This does all of the work for you.
