I have had this camera for a few months now and am generally quite happy with it. It's very easy to use. It's feature-packed and enough options to satisfy almost anyone, yet simple enough for a beginner to master. The video mode is handy too and I use it alongside my iBook to make great DVDs. This camera really shines outdoors, especially in bright sunlight. The colors are bright and clear. The close-up mode is particularly useful and you will almost always get sharp images. My only complaint is that the camera doesn't perform as well as it could in low light. I often photograph groups in dimly lit areas and sometimes have trouble getting decent shots without a flash. Other cameras I've used have handled these low-light situations more effectively. However, this camera is great value for money and I would recommend it to anyone who needs a powerful all round camera without buying a DSLR. This will serve you well.
