Very comfortable. I particularly like the fact that the insoles are some form of memory foam, which is great for me because I have high arches and usually need to buy insoles to help with this problem. On the other hand, if you don't need them or if you have special insoles from an orthopedic store, you can use the insoles included in the kit. Anyway, for the price they are a MUCH BETTER SNEAKER than the $100 sneakers and they will probably last longer. .
