I bought this unit to replace a much larger ShopVac which finally broke after 12 years of heavy use. This thing was a waste of my money and time. I only used it for five minutes because it took me so long to realize it was junk. I can't speak for others, but my time is valuable and the last thing I have the patience for are tools that DO NOT WORK. I had high hopes for this vacuum cleaner, but the people who built and sold this junk quickly made fun of it. resources of our planet! I never have and have never given the seller a chance to "make it right". If I buy a product, THAT is their only opportunity to impress me. It just couldn't do what I paid for it to do, so I let my kids disassemble it. It was so cheaply made that within 5 minutes they left with offended faces and told me I could give them something, at least give them something interesting to destroy. It's sad when 12-year-old twins armed with screwdrivers aren't impressed!
