My grandson (3 yoa) wanted blocks so he could build a *tower* - I looked all over, researching blocks, wanting something that he could build with, knock down, walk on, throw, kick, etc. He's, hmmmm, very active. All boy. I found a recommendation for these blocks written by a woman who'd purchased them for her now adult son - said they'd held up over the years, and that even now he would come home and occasionally build something with them. She said that they were rigid enough, once put together, that they could be stood on and not collapse. That was good enough for me.She was correct. I purchased a couple different types of these blocks; spent a couple of hours one night before Christmas putting them together and gave them to him in great big gift bags. He loves them. He builds towers and forts and walls, and knocks them down and puts them back up! They are as nice today as they were over a year ago when I purchased them.Excellent purchase, excellent price, and way to go Revain for continuing to sell something SO SIMPLE!
