It's nice to have a simple solution that includes all the additives your hinge needs to resist corrosion and deposits. You can definitely rely on EK quality, which is why I chose them over other junk. I've thought about particle liquids like Vue and Mayhem Aurora, but they mostly seem like a huge expense and just a temporary fix for the show, not meant to be used for a long time. Update: I've been running his liquid on my system for six months now. an average of two hours a day at the computer. I had zero problems. No accumulation or other debris in the loop. Everything works perfectly. I will leave it for another six months before cleaning it. Update from 02/26/21 still on the original fluid, did not have to clean the circuit. Loop looks pristine with over 1 year life on original liquid. Very satisfied. Updated 9/6/21, still with original fluid No cleaning since first fluid fill. The loop looks absolutely clean. Copper water blocks look good with no discoloration or other issues. So far the liquid appears to have retained its original red color with no significant deterioration.
