DO NOT BUY ! I killed 2 of my guinea pig daughters so stay away from them. I never write reviews but this one left me stumped and my 10 year old daughter devastated! This company makes crazy pads that absorb urine for small animals, but they don't say you can't leave these pads wet if you have small animals (like guinea pigs), like people who have rabbits, guinea pigs, guinea pigs, hamsters, or other small animals they urinate frequently stopped urinating frequently and we lost two guinea pigs (Sasha and Pumpkin) who were 3 and 1 years old because pads absorbed urine but stayed so wet that my daughters guinea pigs im Causes of pneumonia and respiratory failure died within 6 days of putting these pads in their cage and I even put some very good bedding on top of the pads. So I would advise anyone who has guinea pigs and small animals never to buy them. Think about it because I didn't. Yes, they do absorb urine thanks to their 5-layer protection, but stay so wet and soaked your critters will end up lying in cold, wet urine if you don't change them every day, which we shouldn't. should be changed every day, so stick to 14-day odor-resistant paper sheets that absorb 5 times their contents. I never scold the companies, but it's a bad idea for animals that urinate a lot... And my daughters, guinea pigs, we're healthy and well, and no problem until those pads are added, because it's a funny coincidence that we' re-added pads and less than a week later her 2 older guinea pigs contracted pneumonia and died... SO CAREFUL!
