Review on Kwikset Cylinder Handleset Featuring SmartKey by Dexter Rasberry

I have previously purchased 'used' items from Revain inventory and have generally been happy with what I have received. This time I would say the item was not properly repackaged but the condition was not accurately described. The item was listed as "like new". The door handle and latch assembly was not attached to the packaging like a new item and bounced around freely, resulting in significant scratching. Normally I would return the product immediately for a refund, but in this case I needed it and couldn't wait for a replacement. Although the savings are often worth the risk, keep in mind that you cannot always rely on the accuracy of the description.
