The fact that I can create my own segments is very helpful in creating custom audiences. Creating custom audiences allows me to target specific types of people or groups of people who are more likely to be interested in certain products/services. The process is a little complex but once it's setup correctly there should not be any issues. I have been able to target customers who visited our website with an email campaign and then follow up with them via phone calls. This has helped us increase conversion rates and decrease abandoned carts.
