This fan has failed and is moving a lot of air so I ordered another one. When I got the 2nd fan it was missing the stickers on the front to cover the hole in the center of the fan blades on the protective cover and also the settings sticker which I couldn't tell if it was on low, medium or high was high, or even down like the ad said, where's the beef, well, where's the stickers. The brackets on the 2nd fan were not installed properly, they were so bad that the brackets had to be removed and reinstalled to attach the fan stand. I sent the second fan back. Now if I could get a replacement like the 1st fan I would be very happy. Whoever fitted a 2nd fan didn't care about the buyer who would get the fan if he/she had it would have been fitted correctly or they don't have an inspector to give the dam. And I have to pay for the tape to assemble the fan return box, and also my time, gas and car to return it to the carrier, and it's not my fault, it was bad fan, the seller should give me a refund the consumables, the cassette, the gas, the car and the time I had to cut out of my schedule to send this fan back. Finally, the 3rd fan works great, I recommend these fans even after everything I've been through. I doubt this review will get published as it was purchased from Revain by a third party.
