I can't say enough good things about it. My cockatiel gets bored easily. I have to change toys weekly when cleaning her cage. I received it on the day of cleaning and installed it first. After looking at every spot in the cage that she could see from without approaching it for about 5 minutes, she walked over and checked each edge for stability, spending another 5 minutes doing so. Then it's like a game on. She jumped onto this platform and went to the city. She ran her beak and tongue over every square inch of the toy to inspect it. She spent almost an hour on it. Now she's happily napping after her big morning of research. This will be the keeper. Guess I'll have to get some natural fibers like raffia to fix it while it gnaws on the platform, but wear and tear is a sign of favorite toys. I will be recommending this to friends and I will be buying a large one for my Quaker parrot but the cost of this will make it a once or twice a year purchase whereas the cost of it every few months I would buy without a second thought. .
