Happy BBQ'er in Basting Brushes
It does exactly what it sounds like; cleans the sauce well. I wouldn't use this for a basic BBQ sauce as it would be a hassle to peel. This is best used for a thin mop sauce used to dilute your roast. I still use a silicone thick BBQ sauce brush for the last hour of slow cooking. I've used this mop at least a dozen times, including washing after each use, and it showed no signs of rot. As I said, that's exactly what it says. Happy grilling!
