Review on π Spring Divider Caliper Compass: Achieving Precision and Flatness by Rich Schobinger
Sturdy, but adjustability needs work!
They seem solid and well made, but you can't use the turning screw for fine adjustment as the bead hangs on the screw part. So you unscrew it and the calipers don't move with the pivot bolt until you pull it in and then lock it.
