The product itself is fine. I love everything about cello bags. However, every time I order just one of these, they arrive folded in half in a flimsy postal package. I use them to cover 8x10 prints for my business. When cello bags are folded in half, they crumple and become unusable. I've returned so many now that I've learned to just order more than 1 which I find ridiculous. If I order 2 or more they will be in a box so they don't bend.
