There are complaints that the VE400 models stick together discs. .
Yes. This problem was with some devices manufactured before March 2022.
Problem solved. We consider this a guarantee. Replacing a defective drum with discs is carried out upon written application to the manufacturer's e-mail. Attach a photo of sticky discs, a photo of the serial number and warranty card. Enter your mailing address. A new drum with discs will be sent to you free of charge.
In the New Model VE400-4, the release date is from summer 2022. there are no such problems.
