I have a very poor gag reflex and flossing has always been a problem. If I put my (thumb) fingers far enough in my mouth, I get nauseous and sometimes even throw up. This Reach device is the answer to my prayers. It's easy to use, very effective (according to my hygienist, who evaluates my performance at each visit) and quite economical. I would give him 5 stars except he can't handle my top front teeth. I'm a tall guy and I have big long teeth and the "lever bone" isn't deep enough to reach the entire tooth. So at about 6 teeth I have to use regular floss but since they are in front it doesn't bother me. If they lowered the wishbones another 1/8 inch it would be perfect.
