I've bought multiple pairs in different weights (12s and 15s) of these excellent standard hex dumbbells. Nothing negative to say about them. But you might want to take note of my comments below about handle diameters and pricing.Pros:No smell (reviews of other brands of the same style hex dumbbells often complain about the chemical smell; if you do notice such a smell try wiping them down with a silicon-based lubricant like WD-40 with Silicon, which I've found removes the odor in other brands)Slightly larger diameter in middle of handle for better grip, as found in all high quality hex dumbbellsHigh quality materialsAttractive assortment of colors, if that matters to youNote:Handle diameters - these are slightly smaller for lower weight sets, in my case comparing this brand's 12 pound and 15 pound dumbbells of this same color (grey). Not certain, but my guess is that's pretty standard across brands, since most likely lower weights tend to be used by smaller people and bigger people can still easily grip lighter weights even with the slightly smaller diameter handles. In my case, I wear size Large gloves and while the slightly larger handle diameter of the 15 pounders was a bit more comfortable, the 12 pounders were still fine. And if need be you can always wrap the handles with a bit of flexible white packing foam to create a larger diameter grip.Prices - this brand's same weight hex dumbbell sets of different colors vary widely in price and are differentially discounted at certain times as well. So if you're not picky about color check the prices of the same weight sets across all the available colors, and if you're not in a rush you might want to monitor the prices for occasional big discounts on various colors, like I did.
