My ideal height, weight. Fantastic fabric and workmanship! Much more than I expected. I've loved the functionality of the brand for years, but have always felt a little embarrassed to wear anything other than touring. Even back then, I always felt like I was carrying an "I'm a tourist" sign - the same goes for PacSafe. Bravo Travelon! Nice! I love that Travelons always has a hook/clip inside. I love the RFID zip pocket. I love the roomy front zip pocket and snap button pocket on the back. As with all Travelons I've had, I wish the interior wasn't so slippery and there was some sort of security over the patch credit card pockets as my cards and passport would slip out if I accidentally put my case in the backpack upside down stick down. Maybe there's more rigidity in that part, or some velcro or something? That's where I see the big missed opportunities. I love the belt bag. This bag is perfect for this use in addition to shoulder bag and wrist strap. In fact, that's why I bought it. Unfortunately, the strap makes this impossible. And that's not because of the design. It's something so simple that it seems a little odd. I am an average height female (5ft 5in, size M 10/12). Even folded in half, the total length of the strap is 34 inches. Coupled with the 7 inches between the hook rings on the back of the bag, the minimum girth is large enough that I can slide it over my hips and take it off. Interestingly, even in the over-the-shoulder configuration, there's an additional 16-inch strap. Anyone tall enough to need this length of harness? Another strange thing could be a manufacturing defect. It could also be a design flaw Lining is sewn into a pocket, at least on my particular bag, causing the zipper to bind. Watch the video. As I keep trying, I see that this adds an extra layer of anti-theft protection! If I can't open it, then neither can the pickpocket. An unadvertised safety feature, I hope it works better with some weight in the back.
