The app has been very helpful in bridging gaps between our internal teams, as well as with external partners we work closely with daily. It allows for quick communication across multiple platforms without having to use email or call each other directly. We've noticed it sometimes lags behind Slack's release schedule which can be frustrating if you need an immediate response from someone who is not online at that moment but still working during peak hours of their timezone. A little more customization would definitely help us better understand what features are most needed by clients/customers so that those requests could get prioritized sooner rather than later! For now though I'd say this isn't something too serious since there have only really been minor issues here & then. If your team uses both Teams & SMS groups within one integrated platform, using Sameroom.
