Review on πŸ‘• Cuddl Duds Women's Fleecewear Top: Cozy Elegance for Ultimate Comfort by Saumeen Shamoon

Soft, cuddly, attractive and well made!

I have many Cuddl Duds fleece tops and pants and love them all. I can get most of these at Walmart for about $6 less, but I liked that blue color so bought them here. The color is actually a little more turquoise than the blue shown in the picture, but still a beautiful colour. The fabric is the softest, coziest thing I've ever felt against my skin and I live in it all winter. I wear fleece from this brand for both everyday wear and pajamas. This particular top is pretty much identical to Walmart's except for one small difference. W. tops have a thumb hole at the end of the sleeve. The opening is great for keeping sleeves down when changing into another garment. This top from Revain has no hole. Is there some sort of embroidered icon instead (maybe a CD for Cuddl Duds)? The icon looks good and adds a bit of what would count as "bling" to a plain fleece girl like me. Personally, I would have preferred a thumb hole, but that little issue isn't enough to take the stars out. I really like this top and it seems well made apart from being comfortable. One final note on washing instructions. The label says: cold water, gentle mode. I will not do this. I use hot wash, cold rinse (normal cycle) and everything works fine. I've been doing this since I got my first Cuddl Duds fleece stockings over a year ago and they all look as good as the day I got them. Also, some people don't use fabric softener on fleece. I do. I tried using a foil ball in the dryer but it didn't work, I was still clinging to the static. So I used dryer sheets again and all is good. Also, my laundry detergent has fabric softener in it and I haven't had any problems. I use Costcos Ecos Brand laundry detergent and this fleece line always looks great. Some of my Cuddl Duds have probably been washed over 40 times and still look great. I'm not saying do what I do, I'm just saying I'm a little sloppy with laundry instructions and haven't had any problems. Conclusion: I love this fleece. I'm considering moving to the Arctic Circle so I can wear my Cuddl Duds in the summer! Haha!
