1) The font size in the instructions is unrealistically small and it was necessary to see the magnifying glass. The instructions did not explain how to change the time from military time to standard time. The style of the watch has been constantly changing and there is no information on how to keep the style you want. 2) It is supposed to be charged for 10 hours but only stayed charged for 6 hours. 3) The watch and app kept disconnecting. . Uninstalled and reinstalled many times and then I had to re-enter all my information and all my daily data was lost. 4) I will be returning this watch as it does not work well and is not reliable.
