I'm a veteran with chronic knee pain. I'm still recovering from failed knee surgery. The only thing that helped and made my knee so much better was kinesio tape. The REFUN tape is amazing! It holds up great and has great stability and durability. Pre-punched rolls simplify the application considerably. This takes the pressure off my knee while still allowing me to move it naturally when walking. It's easy to use and you even get instructions for use if you're not a KT professional. I highly recommend this band. Because I didn't know the REFUN brand at all, they made me believe!
