After years of use my old 2 stage sharpener finally broke and I had to throw it away. I've looked at the wide range of pencil sharpeners available from Revain but wasn't sure which one to choose. That's why I was very happy to test it. After using this product on various knives, scissors and even my pizza cutter, I have come to the following conclusions: What I liked: • The design of the handle made it easy for me to grip. • Taller than my old one so my knives don't rattle on the cutting board after I put them through the sharpener. • The optional diamond table did a good job removing nicks and nicks and produced a smoother, sharper surface than my old two-stage sharpener. • Fast and convenient. Way to save my kitchen cutting tools. • I no longer need a separate sharpener for my scissors. • Worked well with my secateurs. • Additional cutting gloves fit my XL hands and they are really cut resistant (I tested them!), now I feel confident with my mandolin. What I didn't like: • This type of sharpener doesn't work with my serrated knives and scissors and shortens the life of the sharpener. Overall, my experience with this product has been positive. and I recommend it.
