At first glance the product looks and works well. The problem is internal and related to cheap plastic materials. The ball and socket used to turn the head are poorly designed. The ball is made of metal, durable. The socket that contains the ball consists of a series of 12 thin white plastic pins arranged in a circle that the ball snaps into. Well this works great as long as you don't move or rotate your head too much. Unfortunately, that didn't last long, the head only came off completely 1 1/2 months after the guarantee. Only 2 of the 12 pins are left so there is no way to fix this. Too bad the water flow was really good and if it hadn't broken I would have given it 5 stars. I guess Kohler has taken over so many companies these days and allowed their design and manufacturing quality to give way to profit motives.
