You know when you order something you get it and you feel like it's not what you had in mind? (not quite like the picture). Then you go into your order history, check it again and in retrospect it looks the same, but what you originally imagined was wrong. I got that feeling from it. I imagined it to be much brighter. it is very matt and has a lot of beige and few colored areas. It's fairly flat, not very fluffy or soft. HOWEVER it's cheap, you get what you pay for. We removed a much softer carpet so the transition was very noticeable. Over time, we began to enjoy this rug more.
