Soft & easy to hold, add a little extra to my walks
My doctor recommended adding some light hand weights to my walking to improve my bone density, so I bought these. They are nicely squishy and easy to hold even with my not-fully-functional hands. Your hands do end up sweating if you use them for very long, but the cover comes off and is washable which is what made me choose these over other hand weights.
- My mother uses these for physical therapy. She like them because they are soft and easy to hold.
- The hand weights may contribute to muscle imbalance or overuse injuries if not used properly
